  10. American Family Publishers advertises "no lower prices to the    
  11. general public--guaranteed!"  Why are your prices so much lower?
  12.  
  13.      Publishers do not permit us to sell magazines to the general
  14.      public.  We supply magazines only to Reception Rooms and
  15.      other waiting areas where many readers are likely to look at
  16.      each issue.  Advertisers recognize this and in cooperation
  17.      with your BBS, members qualify for reception room rates.

  19. How long will it be before I get my first issue or my label will
  20. show a renewal?

  22.      A new subscription takes an average of 6 to 14 weeks to
  23.      commence or for the label to show your renewal.  You will
  24.      not get service any faster from any other place, even
  25.      directly from the publisher.  The same day we receive your
  26.      magazine order we electronically submit it, so it could even
  27.      be faster than ordering direct.

  29. What happens if an issue fails to come or I don't get service as
  30. promised?

  32.      Our business is service to you.  If you don't get an issue,
  33.      or service does not start when it should, our Free Fax line
  34.      is open 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week, or you can write us. 
  35.      We promise to respond to you the same day.  If you miss an
  36.      issue for any reason, we'll arrange to send you a copy.

  38. Why are magazines from you so cheap?  Are we getting the same
  39. number of issues as if buying directly from the publisher?  Are
  40. they sent the same day as the publisher would?

  42.      We sell magazines without sweepstakes, merchandise giveaways
  43.      or other expensive ad programs like order stamps to
  44.      lick--just the bare bones to get the offer to you.  You're
  45.      getting the same subscription, same number of issues, as if
  46.      purchased directly from the publisher.  Your magazine is
  47.      sent the same day of the month for delivery when the
  48.      publisher sends all magazines, as they come from the same
  49.      place.  We promise the same or better service than the
  50.      publisher, because our only business is getting you your
  51.      magazine, not lining up advertisers and printing a magazine.

  53. I get other subscriptions not shown here?  Do you have them and
  54. can I get special reception room rates on those too?

  57.      or fax us and we can let you know.  We do not have TV GUIDE
  58.      or READERS DIGEST, as these publishers do not wholesale.
